Le point de vue narratif de l'algorithme

As part of 'APREM#10 Artificial intelligence today and tomorrow: what are the challenges for artists?' An Mertens will be presenting some algoliterary narratives, along with Markov chain algorithms, sentimental analysis and word embeddings.

In the history of literature we know different perspectives, from the omniscient narrator to the third-person narrator, and in recent years narratives are often told in the first person. Anaïs Berck's work explores the narrative point of view of algorithms. Algorithms show themselves beyond their interface and produce narratives about techniques, people and trees. The results are Dadaist poetic experiences that are also instructive.
